Synopsis
Dr. Ron Ramirez (Nestor Carbonell) returns from abroad, sparking Carla's interest and forcing her to reevaluate her feelings for Turk. Meanwhile, Elliot and Cox clash over a patient; and the Janitor (Neil Flynn) introduces J.D. and Turk to his "twin" brother.
