A young Athenian divorcee's life begins to quickly spiral out of control in director Stratos Tzitzis 2002 drama Save Me. Anna Milioni (Maria Zorba) -- a graphic designer in the advertising industry -- finds herself alone and out-of-sorts with the hustle and bustle of metropolitan life in Athens. Already behind on some house payments -- partially due to her deadbeat ex-husband's reluctance to contribute his portion -- Anna's world gets thrown into more chaos when her current boyfriend Mimi decides to end their relationship. With her job as the only remaining constant source of reliability in her life, Anna is devastated when she learns her company has been sold and her position terminated. With nowhere to go but up, Anna begins to plot how to recover her sense of self and begins to believe that a radical change of scene may be just the solution.
