Fred (Redd Foxx) is the only eyewitness when burglars break into the home of his neighbor Julio Fuentes (Gregory Sierra), making off with Julio's pet goat. Fearing reprisals -- and, frankly, happy to see the goat gone -- Fred refuses to identify the crooks. Hoping to loosen Fred's tongue, Julio and Lamont (Demond Wilson) concoct an intricate reverse-psychology scheme.
