Pretzel Whispers is about transvestites whose focus is not just on the wild vestments that are a part of their dress code, but also on tea and crumpets and the foibles of life in general, in this case, life in Cologne in particular -- and more precisely, life in the cabarets and boulevard stages that dot the cityscape.
