Synopsis by Hal Erickson
This Russian propaganda tract begins during the voyage of a British naval vessel. Suffering mightily under the yoke of their oppressive officers, the British tars are quite impressed when they meet a bunch of happy, carefree Russian sailors at a Mediterranean port. Sailor Bill Parker (G. Sanoliov) gets to experience the joys of the Russian Navy first hand after he is thrown off his own ship for punching out his despotic captain. Concluding that the Soviet way of life has British democracy beaten eight ways to Sunday, Bill becomes a dedicated Stalinist, remaining in the USSR to continue working "for the common good."
