Synopsis by Eleanor Mannikka

Rosi (Rosemarie Schindler) and her brother Bepi (Robert Sibler) are brought to the big city of Berlin now that their divorced father has decided to live there. The brother adapts immediately, but younger Rosi does not do well until she meets her future best-friends Jutta (Kerstin Mueller) and Ayla (Guekan Acar) who need companionship too. One night the three friends go out to sing and dance through a musical number set in the Kudamm area of the city. When one friend wakes up the following morning, a dream of hers seems to waft out the window in a cloud of smoke - bringing the fire department and a large crowd of gawkers - a morning-after experience of gigantic proportions.
