Richard Simmons and the Silver Foxes 2: Shape Up America (1989)

Synopsis by Rose of Sharon Winter
This program presents fitness expert Richard Simmons, who puts together an exercise program especially designed for the needs of fitness enthusiasts who are over 50. Simmons fondly dubs his students in this category as "the silver foxes." To keep the foxy look requires toning, conditioning, strengthening, and lengthening of muscles that tend to become shortened with aging and decreased use. The "use it or lose it" philosophy figures largely in this gentle, non-aerobic routine, that addresses the overall physique, as well as emphasizing typical trouble spots, such as the stomach, hips, and legs.
