Synopsis by Jason Buchanan
A young woman who sacrificed her dreams for the sake of her siblings finds unexpected hope for the future in this poignant drama. Bright student Amy (Krysten Ritter) had a promising future ahead of her when her parents left for Florida, and never came back. Devastated, Amy puts aside her plans for college in order to care for her party-girl sister Lucy (Madeleine Martin) and their mentally disabled brother Nat (Logan Huffman). Then one night at a local bar, Amy meets Sam (Brian Geraghty), a handsome and charming stranger on the run from his tragic past. In time Sam, Amy, and her siblings form a makeshift family that gives them the strength to face their uncertain future together.
