Synopsis
In "Recalling Orange County," documentary filmmaker Mylène Moreno returns to her native Orange County, Cal., to chronicle an effort to recall a Latino, Nativo Lopez, from the Santa Ana Unified School District Board; and to examine how the county, once a predominately white and conservative enclave, has changed since her youth.
