Synopsis by Eleanor Mannikka
A taxi driver (Pavel Poppandov), his wife (Plamena Getova), and a short-term mistress (Katerina Evro) are moving along a downward spiral that has no easy exit in this seriously heavy study of society and human behavior. The taxi driver is a former boxer and while he is off doing his army service, the woman he married has a miscarriage and later their marriage declines. The wife's mother dies at the same time she has the miscarriage, and with her husband away and then uninterested in her, she slides into an ever-deepening depression. Meanwhile, she takes a job as a cashier on a film project and it is the pretty assistant director of the project who temporarily becomes the mistress of the taxi-driver. One day the scriptwriter on the film project overhears an argument between the taxi driver and his wife -- an argument that will have a fatal effect on one person, and radically change the life of another.
