synopsis
Documentary filmmaker James M. Felter directs this account of an upscale Washington DC neighborhood's fight with rodent infestation. The film features interviews with animal activists, garage collectors, city officials, and exterminators along with lots of footage of scurrying rats. Rats was screened at the 1999 Boston Film Festival.
