Synopsis by Hans J. Wollstein

Neal Hart, a cousin of Western star William S. Hart, both directed, co-wrote, and starred in this low-budget oater about a Texas deputy sheriff charged with capturing a cattle rustler. The "dangerous" rustler proves to be dishevelled Blanche McGarity, who committed her crimes in order to feed her younger siblings. But there are more dangerous villains at large in the area, including Max Wessell, who frames Hart in a holdup and then kidnaps the girl. The stalwart Hart quickly clears his good name and later manages to corner the villain and his victim in a lava pit. This minor Hart effort was co-scripted by veteran character actor Paul Hurst.
