Chapter five of Radar Men From the Moon reveals that both Joan Gilbert (Aline Towne) and Commando Cody (George Wallace) managed to bail out before the out-of-control plane crashed into a mountainside, she by parachute and he in his rocket suit. Their efforts to secure funding for the takeover of the Earth having failed thus far, the Moon invaders and their Earthly henchman Graber (Clayton Moore) commit a payroll robbery. That, too, goes awry and Graber is caught. He manages to escape before being questioned by Cody, however, and when the latter takes up the chase, his automobile crashes into a runaway ambulance operated by the enemy.
