Respected Tai-chi-Chuan and Kung-fu master Bob Klein offers instruction based on the movements of the praying mantis and designed to revitalize and invigorate the human body. In addition to offering the self-defense applications for each move, Klein also demonstrates the praying mantis "stances" while offering easy to understand instruction on the moves and breaking them down from a variety of different camera angles.
