In the pilates style of yoga, the abdominal wall is considered the "powerhouse" and many of the exercises focus on this part of the body. Coincidentally, this is also the area most new mothers want to firm and tone after delivery, so this fitness video features a special pilates program that new mothers can perform with their babies. Hosted by fitness expert Sarah Picot (with some help from her 15-month-old son, Ben), Post-Natal Pilates is designed for women with children between two and six months old. Along with firming and flattening the tummy and rebuilding strength and flexibility, it will help keep your children entertained while sharpening their reflexes.
