Christina Santiago was a participant on the Fox reality series Girl Next Door: The Search for a Playboy Centerfold, and while she didn't win the grand prize, she didn't fare too badly -- she was also tapped to pose for the magazine, and ended up earning the coveted title of Playmate of the Year for 2003. Playboy: Video Centerfold, Playmate of the Year 2003 features Santiago showing off the charms that won her the honor in several vignettes and posing sessions, as well as discussing her sudden rise to fame. The video also includes footage of Terri Harrison, who was Miss October, 2002.
