Synopsis by Mark Deming
Through they arrived late in the day for the first wave of British punk in the late '70s, Peter and the Test Tube Babies became one of the leading lights of the scene in the '80s, scoring hits with such grand scale goofiness as "Banned From The Pubs," "The Jinx," and "Zombie Creeping Flesh." Peter and the Test Tube Babies: Paralitico captures the fun and fury of the band in concert with a set recorded during the group's 2004 tour of Europe. Songs include "Supermodels," "Elvis Is Dead," "Spacecake," "Spirit of Keith Moon," "I'm Getting Pissed for Christmas," and many more.
