synopsis
In this rock-music parody of the life of Elvis, young country-music singer Pelvis is taken on a roller-coaster ride of popularity, made into a star "glitter-rock" performer, and becomes disillusioned with the whole music business. Most of the movie's satire is to be found in the music itself.
