Synopsis by Hal Erickson
Pay or Die uses its "Godfather" trappings as an excuse for soft-core sexploitation. Dick Adair and Johnny Wilson star as a couple of mob henchmen. Feeling slighted by their boss, Adair and Wilson plot a nasty revenge. They kidnap the mob leader's daughter, threatening all sorts of violations should their boss not ante up an enormous ransom. The sleazier carnal aspects of Pay or Die remain in the memory far longer than the violent setpieces.
