Having overindulged at his birthday party, Porky Pig checks into the local hospital. Here he finds himself at the mercy of a crazy cat who is passing himself off as "Young Dr. Chilled-Air". After a wild chase through the corridors, the bogus doctor prepares to operate on Porky with a huge saw--but, alas, he's gotta wait until Christmas! The rest of the cartoon is devoted to medical spot-gags, one involving a seminal version of Bugs Bunny (And in case you're interested, this picture is based on the best-selling novel "The Pains Came").
