Synopsis by Perry Seibert
Jean Claude LaMarre's Pastor Jones concerns a woman who, after being inspired by a sermon from the title character, leaves her abusive husband. The pastor provides her with a place to stay and a job, causing some parishioners to gossip about their relationship. Her husband is at first incensed about her leaving, but he also gets some wisdom and grace after being exposed to one of the pastor's sermons. They are able to reconcile, thanks in large part to Pastor Jones.
