Synopsis by Jonathan Crow
Jon Hau Wing-choi spins this low-budget exploitation flick starring Carrie Ng Kar-lai. Hapless cop Shek (David Wu Tai-wai) is unable to piece together a single clue in a series of rapes and murders terrorizing the streets of Hong Kong. Meanwhile, Miss Tong (Ng) is an elegantly dressed ice queen who manages to turn heads whenever she walks into a room; she is also a complete raving loonball who enjoys picking up men and stabbing them with her expensive high-heeled shoes. When a long-vacant apartment near Tong gets filled by an equally disturbed young man named Martin (Chin Ho), the good times start to roll. First they drown a teenage girl, and then they start killing increasingly exotic specimens of mankind -- lesbians, prostitutes, one-armed Eskimos, and transsexuals.
