Synopsis by Clarke Fountain
The two wandering men in this film are well past middle age, even if one of them is not so far along as the other. They have a longstanding partnership in the icon restoration field. Actually, what they have is a longtime scam operation which they pull off in different places. Like the "travelers" in the American south, they negotiate to do a job, take partial or whole payment for it, and vanish with the loot. However, they genuinely like icons and antique art, and speak about it intelligently and well. An attractive woman comes across them and forces her company on them while they are camping in a remote location. The younger of the two men can't make up his mind what to do with her, attractive though she is. Rather than have her twig to what they're up to, though, he eventually manages to run her off.
