Synopsis by Janiss Garza
Bruce Winthrop (H.B. Warner) is an American secret service man in China. He is engaged to Beryl Addison (Marguerite de la Motte), who is traveling through the Orient with her father (Carl Stockdale), a collector of relics. Winthrop gets involved with Tai, "a Chinese Cleopatra" (Carmen Phillips), who has ambitions to become the next ruler of Mongolia. Beryl is angry to see her fiancé spending time with Tai. Meanwhile, Tai's jealous lover plans to get rid of Winthrop by falsely accusing him of stealing the Pagan God, a priceless artifact. He also kidnaps Addison and Beryl. Winthrop is on the case -- he makes a thrilling rescue and squashes the evil Oriental conspirators, thus halting Tai and her revolution.
