In Overman King Gainer, environmental disasters have forced humanity to live in huge domed cities called Domepolis. They are maintained by the London International Management Company and their militant police force, Saint Reagan. Private organizations, however, also contribute to the running of the Domepolis, including the Siberia Railroad Company, which, in reality, has most of the control over the cities. Some citizens want to rebel against its constraints however, and have formed an underground group called Exodus, which secretly plans its separation. Now Gainer Sanga, a world renowned video game player, has been arrested as a suspected member of Exodus, and while he actually has no part in the group, many of those around him do. Will the situation come to a head as Gainer's friends reveal their affiliation to him?
