Frankie Chan Fan-kei directs and stars in this two-fisted, high-octane action extravaganza as James who along with his brother Bond (Max Mok Siu-ching) who specialize in swiping expensive European sports cars. Yet, a new cop in is town named Tequila (Yukari Oshima) and she's hell-bent on bringing these two bad boys to justice. Just as she has managed to catch James red-handed, Tequila gets won over by his masculine wiles. Later, James discovers he has swiped the wrong car, when he discovers a huge stash of cocaine belonging to ruthless Japanese drug dealer Miego (Michiko Nishiwaki) who is hell-bent on getting it back no matter what. Car chases and cool explosions ensue.
