Synopsis by Hal Erickson

Love Wanga is a cheap, tawdry exploitationer designed for a quick turnover and a hasty exit. The heroine is a light-skinned West Indian maiden who falls desperately in love with a handsome white man. Hoping to entice him into marriage, the girl resorts to voodooism, replete with fetishes, incantations and quasi-erotic dances. When this fails, she decides to become "westernized", adopting modest garb for the first time in the picture. It's hard to tell whether or not anyone can act in this film, since most of the performers are miserably photographed and dismally recorded. Still, Love Wanga served its purpose-to make a whole lot of money in a real hurry.
