Giuseppi Verdi's operatic adaptation of William Shakespeare's tragedy is captured live at the Staatsoper Berlin in a 2001 performance starring Christian Franz, Valeri Alexejev, and Andreas Schmidt. Conductor Daniel Barenboim leads the Staatskapelle Berlin, and the Dutch Staatsoper Berlin sings chorus.
