Synopsis by Hal Erickson

Playwright Bob Brady (Raymond McKee) sequesters himself in his producer's apartment to pound out the last act of his newest stage melodrama. Working under extreme pressure -- after all, tomorrow is opening night! -- Brady does not welcome the endless parade of mysterious characters who stream through the apartment. But when it turns out that these characters are mixed up in a major crime, he does his best to outfox them, all for the sake of the beautiful-but-mysterious June Craig (Edna Murphy). Drawing upon his own incredible experiences, Brady is finally able to complete his play. Oh, What a Night was obviously inspired by the George M. Cohan-Earl Derr Biggers theatrical chestnut Seven Keys to Baldpate.
