Ocana is a transvestite homosexual performer and painter who lives near Las Ramblas in Barcelona. In this documentary, he recalls his life. The film is interspersed with footage of, among other things, religious celebrations, gay-rights marches, and scenes showing Ocana singing a saeta. He recounts how he came to be where he is, beginning with his childhood in Andalusia
