This video is part of the British history series that tells the story of England from a number of perspectives. In this episode, the subject is the history of weaponry. The viewer goes with host Robert Hardy to the Royal Armouries Museum, located in the Tower of London. The history of the realm comes to life as the weapons used over the centuries are examined. There are live reenactments using the weapons of yore, and craftspeople demonstrate how they are keeping alive the ancient weaponry arts of guns, swords, and armor.
