Synopsis by Sarah Ing
Nova goes beneath the surface in its 1983 release Nova: City of Coral. A Caribbean coral reef plays host to this scientific exploration, which uncovers hundreds of species of fish alone. The gilled creatures are joined by an abundance of underwater animals. In this colorful world, plants provide safe harbor for the defenseless. Rocks come to life and seaweed fights for survival. Nova takes time to expose the microscopic society contained in this jagged-edged jungle.
