Synopsis by C. Dwayne Smith
This documentary should actually be titled "People-Eaters of India," as the tigers featured are not selective with their eventual prey. Stunning in their beauty, poetic in their grace, deadly in their stalking, this ferocious wild cat is perhaps the most feared of all creatures on earth. In fact, they likely would have been hunted to the edge of extinction if naturalist Jim Corbett had not stepped in to protect them. This National Geographic video details the kittens from Kumaon and Corbett's struggle to save the tigers.
