A boy showing off his pets turns out to have something more unusual on hand in this short comedy from director Anthony Lucas. A young boy armed with a video camera is working on a show-and-tell project for school, making a short movie about Hoppy, his pet bunny. All is well until Hoppy is joined on screen by the boy's sister and some very unusual wildlife. Shot in Lucas's backyard and starring his son and daughter, My Rabit Hoppy was nominated for the "Best Short Film" prize at the 2008 Cannes Film Festival, and in 2010 it was an official selection at the Sundance Film Festival.
