With semi-regular Jane Leeves leaving Murphy Brown to costar on Frasier, something had to be done to resolve the romance between Leeves' character Audrey Cohen and "FYI" producer Miles Silverberg (Grant Shaud). Not surprisingly, the resolution is guaranteed to heap a maximum of humiliation upon poor Miles, as his scheme to propose to Audrey via the stadium scoreboard during a Washington Redskins game comes a-cropper. Heartbroken, Miles gives the two sidelines passes he had purchased to someone else--thereby setting off a chain reaction of devastating disasters.
