A skilled martial artist becomes a vigilante after aiding the police during a tense chase, and he incurs the wrath of the city's most feared criminal kingpin in the process. Bruce Lee is a master of martial arts. Hopelessly smitten with police commissioner Gaurav's beautiful daughter Shakthi, he regularly dons a costume to entertain Shakthi and her sister's children with his dazzling moves. One day, after putting on a big show for the youngsters, Lee witnesses a high-speed police pursuit. A gang of robbers are on the run, and Lee impulsively jumps in on the action. Incredibly, he manages to apprehend one of the fleeing bandits. Little does Lee realize, however, that the criminal he caught works for Dragon -- a dangerous supercriminal who won't rest until he's settled the score with the mysterious vigilante and dogged police commissioner. When Dragon attempts to frame Lee as a criminal and kill Commissioner Gaurav, the masked do-gooder must thwart his diabolical scheme and win Shakthi's heart once and for all.
