Synopsis
Oscar-nominated "Pete Smith Specialty" short examining the various ways that people annoy filmgoers. Among them: people who stand in front of viewers while removing outer garments; people who tap the back of seats with their knees; snackers who munch loudly. Smith also devises some creative ways to deal with transgressors.
