The talents of Benny Carter are not limited to the alto saxophone, but extend to trumpet, clarinet, trombone, and piano. He also composes and arranges, and some of his works have become jazz classics. Eddie Lockjaw Davis is known for his distinctive tenor saxophone sound, and he toured with the Count Basie Band for many years. Carter and Davis are the headliners in Montreux Jazz Festival, Vol. 6, offering selections that include "The Breeze and I," "This Can't Be Love," "Wave," "Three Little Words," and "Undecided."
