Synopsis by Hal Erickson

Milos Kuro (John Colicos), minister of culture in an Eastern Bloc nation, plans to use an anti-American play to sabotage the peacful negotations between pro-Western premier Leon Vados (Barry Atwater) and the United States. To that end, Kuro, hires a travelling theatrical troupe to do his dirty work. Unfortunately for Kuro, the troupe is comprised entirely of IMF agents (with the exception of Willy, who does not appear in this episode). Written by Lou Shaw, "The Play" was originally telecast on December 8, 1968.
