British aristocrat Lord Holman (John Stanton) is fattening his bank account by blackmailing high-ranking civil servants. Holman's strategy is to lure his victims into getting involved in a devil-worshipping cult which specializes in human sacrifice. To put His Lordship out of business, the IMF stages the arrival of Satan Himself -- with Jim Phelps donning cape and horns for the occasion.
