Hosted by fitness instructor Scott Cole, Mind Body Stretch combines elements of yoga, t'ai chi, movement therapy, stretching, guided imagery, and meditation. Cole has personally tailored the most beneficial aspects of each method into a program designed to achieve maximum relaxation while improving flexibility. The workout consists of Cole's "8 Poses of Empowerment," which include a series of standing and seated stretches and common yoga positions, as will as an emphasis on visualization and the importance of breathing.
