Synopsis by Hal Erickson
Messalina, a favorite subject of sword-and-sandal epics, is up to her old tricks in Messalina, Empress of Rome. Sleeping her way to the upper circles of Roman royalty, Messalina decides it's "payback time" when she takes charge. She runs roughshod over Roman aristocracy and peasantry alike, taking a few moments to bed whomever tickles her fancy. A slave rebellion is organized to put an end to her activities once and for all. Not that this will prevent any further "Messalina" pictures, of course.
