Synopsis by Hal Erickson
The 4077th is under siege from a young enemy sniper, who is convinced that General MacArthur is hiding somewhere in the camp. To avoid getting shot full of holes, Radar (Gary Burghoff) and Henry (McLean Stevenson) spend most of the episode trapped in the shower. In the end, it is Hawkeye who proves that the scalpel is mightier than the sword -- or something like that. "The Sniper" originally aired on November 17, 1973.
