Synopsis by Hal Erickson
Steve (David Garrison) and Marcy (Amanda Bearse) plan to use their tax refund by adding a room to their house. In short order, Al (Ed O'Neill) and Peg (Katey Sagal) plan to take advantage of both their neighbors and the new room. That's why Al lobbies Steve to build a poolroom, while Peg tries to talk Marcy into constructing a spa.
