Synopsis by Hal Erickson
Paul Henreid stars in the compact British noir thriller Man in Hiding. Henreid plays a detective, out to capture a slippery murderer. At one point, our hero is forced by circumstances to elude the law himself. Future "Miss Moneypenny" Lois Maxwell, former "Saint" Hugh Sinclair, and Kieron Moore costar. For the record, in later years Henreid would claim that he did so many inexpensive foreign films in the 1950s because he'd been politically blacklisted in the US; who are we to doubt him? Man in Hiding was also released as Man-Trap.
