Magnum, P.I.: The Arrow That Is Not Aimed on AllMovie

A valuable Kenzan ceramic plate purchased in Japan by Robin Masters is stolen in transit from its guardian, a grim-visaged Samurai warrior named Tozan (played by the great Asian character actor Mako). Magnum (Tom Selleck) finds it hard to believe Tozan's story that the thief was a Ninja warrior, but there's no question that Tozan intends to commit hara-kiri if he fails to retrieve the priceless Kenzan artifact. To help Tozan save face, Magnum is forced to take a crash course in Japanese culture, values and customs...and, incidentally, to fend off that aforementioned Ninja!
