Tenchi, of the popular series Tenchi Muyo!, has a little sister named Sammy. She's a sweet girl who likes to take care of people, especially her brother. When she is given special powers, she tries to do just that. The usual antics of Tenchi's alien ladyfriends makes things complicated, as usual; not to mention the meddling of the difficult Pixy Misa.
