Synopsis by Janiss Garza

This mediocre Constance Binney programmer nevertheless had a nice twist at the end. Whenever scullery maid Mary Malloy (Binney) is in a financial bind, she pawns a silver cup which was left to her by her mother. The Patrician (J.H. Gilmour), one of a gang of crooks, recognizes the cup as having belonged to an Irish nobleman, Lord Fitzroy, and tells Abe Timberg, the pawnbroker (William H. Strauss). One of the crooks pretends to be Fitzroy and suddenly Mary finds herself in an expensive Long Island home, surrounded by "relatives" and "servants." Reporter Bob Norton (Vincent Coleman), who has known Mary since she was a maid, is suspicious of the whole situation, and he finds out that Lord Fitzroy -- Mary's grandfather -- is in Ireland, very much alive. He gets in touch with the nobleman, who comes to Long Island. But Mary has grown fond of the crooks, as they have of her, and she asks that they be spared the legal repercussions. As for Mary she leaves for Ireland with Lord Fitzroy and Bob.
