Pilates expert and celebrity fitness trainer Lynne Robinson instructs health conscious viewers on how to streamline their body and control their weight in two fitness routines specially designed to target such trouble areas as the stomach, thighs, and arms. Unsightly cellulite is targeted as well, with muscle-building exercises which simultaneously blast fat. Both 30-minute workouts are preceded by five-minute aerobic warm-up sessions led by London-based personal trainer Simon Bateman, and an additional "Back to the Basics" segment details the principles of breathing, centering, and alignment.
