After returning to the town in which she grew up and coming into contact with an enigmatic boy with the power to predict the love lives of lonely women, Midori learns that sometimes the future is better left unknown in director Kazuyuki Shibuya's spectral tale of love and terror. As Midori reconnects with childhood friend Ryusuke, the curious schoolgirls in town all flock to a mysterious boy in black who possesses the unique ability to peer into the future and find out exactly what love has in store for them. It's not all roses and romance though, and after one student commits suicide in the classroom, Midori is forced to confront the supernaturally gifted boy as she tries to maintain her sanity amidst the growing chaos of the town she once called home.
